We recommend measuring your foot and comparing the measurement with our size chart before ordering. For the most accurate fit, measure both feet and use the measurement of the larger foot.

Our sizing is designed to correspond to standard European sizing. However, fit can vary slightly depending on the silhouette and construction of each style, so we recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering.

If your foot measurement falls between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. However, if the shoe model says "runs large", you might go for the smaller size. If you are unsure, contact our customer support team before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 2–7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

We offer free EU shipping on orders over €200. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Yes. We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn and unused, with their original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If you need a different size, the fastest option is to return your original pair and place a new order for the desired size once your return has been accepted.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
